RNAscope Plus smRNA-RNA assay는 최대 4개의 표적 프로브를 사용하여 단일 시료 내에서 1개의 smRNA와 최대 3개의 RNA 표적을 동시에 검출할 수 있으며 DAPI 형광 염료를 사용하여 핵을 대조 염색하고 시각화할 수 있습니다. 각각 다른 프로브 채널로 설계된 4개의 표적 프로브(smRNA 용 S1, RNA 표적용 C2, C3 또는 C4) 가 있습니다. 이 분석은 FFPE, Fixed frozen, Fresh frozen 조직과 호환 가능합니다.
