INTRODUCTION
OncoPanelTM 서비스는 300여개의 Cancer Cell line(18가지 Tissue 유형)을 이용한 Cell Based Drug Screening 서비스입니다.
HTS(High Content Screening) 장비를 이용해 약물 처리시 Cell Proliferation(EC50, IC50, GI50), Apoptosis, Cell Cycle 등의 Assay가 가능하며, Cancer Cell의 Public Genomic Analysis 데이터를 얻을 수 있습니다.
- 308 Cell line 외에 세포주 추가 가능
- Genomic information 바탕으로 세포주 선택 가능
