당단백질의 O-glycan (Core 1&3) 을 특이적으로 가수분해하는 탈당화효소
Desialylated O-glycan (Core1&3)에만 반응하며, N-glycan 에는 반응하지 않습니다.
(타사 N-glycan 탈당화효소와 호환하여 사용가능)
Sialic acid 제거를 위해, SialEXO (Salidase) 2000 units 이 함께 동봉되어 있습니다.

Figure 1. To investigate OglyZOR activity on native glycoproteins, the enzyme was incubated with etanercept (Enbrel®), TNFa receptor (TNFaR) and abatacept (Orencia®) for 1 h at 37°C with or without SialEXO. The endoglycosidase activity was verified on SDS-PAGE.

Unit Definition
One unit of OglyZOR removes ≥ 90% of O-glycans of 1 μg glycoprotein (TNFR) when incubated together with one unit of SialEXO in 20 mM Tris pH 6.8 at 37 °C for 2 h.
Contents
The box includes:
1. 1 vial of OglyZOR (G1-OG1-020) supplied lyophilized in TBS pH 7.6
2. 1 vial of SialEXO (G1-SM1-020) supplied lyophilized in TBS pH 7.6
Storage
The OglyZOR box is shipped at ambient temperature and the vials should be stored at -20°C upon arrival. After reconstitution, the enzymes are stable for at least 1 month at +4-8°C.
