E.Z.N.A.® Plasmid DNA Mini Kit
1-5mL 박테리아 샘플에서 최대 30 μg까지 high quality plasmid DNA 추출
독자적인 alkaline lysis 방식을 사용하여 세포를 lyse하고 plasmid DNA로부터 genomic DNA를 제거합니다.
HiBind® mini column 기술을 사용한 3단계 과정: bind, wash, elute 을 통해 간편하게 plasmid DNA 를 추출할 수 있습니다. 추출된 plasmid DNA는 다양한 후속 application (routing screening, restriction enzyme digestion, DNA sequencing, cloning, transformation, transfection) 에 충분한 quality를 지니고 있습니다.

Cultured eukaryotic cells & soft tissues에서 최대 100 μg total RNA 추출
Single reaction 당 보통 1×107 eukaryotic cells 이나 30 mg tissue가 사용되며, 다양한 종류(Kidney, liver, heart, spleen, lung, pancreas, thymus, HeLa cells, HEK-293 cells, HINT3T3 cells 등)의 샘플을 사용할 수 있습니다. 추출된 RNA는 다양한 후속 application (RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, Northern blotting, nuclease protection assay, microarrays, in vitro translation, and next-generation sequencing 등) 에 충분한 quality를 지니고 있습니다.

Genomic DNA was extracted from 1,500 μL whole blood. 50 ng of DNA was diluted 10- and 100-fold and used as a template in a 20 μL SYBR® qPCR reaction. The Ct values increased by only 3 cycles per 10-fold dilution, which demonstrates that the template DNA is free of inhibition.
