10um ~ 1,500um 범위 내에서 다양한 크기의 object를 sorting할 수 있도록 optical assembly와 flow assembly를 하나로 합친 FOCA (Fluidics and Optics Core Assembly) 모듈화 시스템 채택
일반적인 동물 체세포 뿐만 아니라, egg, embryo, single cell organisms, c.elegans, zebrafish larva 등 크기가 커서 일반적인 cell sorter로 분리할 수 없는 시료도 분리할 수 있기에 공용장비로써의 활용도가 매우 높음
매우 mild한 조건의 cell flow를 이용하기 때문에 adipocyte 및 primary cultured cell의 분리 동정시 세포 생존율을 극대화 시킴.
내장된 Profiler II (FlowPilot-Pro™) 소프트웨어는 4개의 optical parameter에 대해서하나의 object 당 최대 8,000 포인트의 연속 데이터를 획득하여 profiling 할 수 있음.
