Protein Normalization 기능
1) Housekeeping gene Normalization
b-actin 등의 housekeeping gene을 타겟 단백질과 multiplexing으로 빠르고 간편하게 실험할 수 있음. 실험 결과는 전용 소프트웨어를 사용하여 자동으로 Normalization 가능.
2) Total Protein Normalization
Standard Curve를 이용한 타겟 단백량 측정
별도의 standard protein과 함께 실험 시(purified protein 등) Cell lysate, Cell culture sup 등 crude한 샘플 내에 존재하는 타겟 단백질의 양을 측정할 수 있음.
소량의 샘플 사용 (cell lysate 기준 0.6-1.2 µg/well)
수작업의 오류를 줄여 재현성 있는 결과 획득 가능
Selection Guide
모세관(capillary)을 따라 로딩된 샘플은 분자량에 따라 분리된 수, 화학적 발광 신호 또는 형광 신호를 이용하여 검출하며, 단백질 발현양은 Peak Area 값을 산출함
