cIEF
분석 샘플, pI marker, 전해질을 혼합 후 autosampler를 이용하여 capillary 내에 샘플이 주입된 후 pI range로 분리.
Whole-column detection으로 샘플이 focusing 되는 모습을 실시간으로 모니터링 가능.
CE-SDS
CE-SDS
Electrokinetic 방식으로 샘플 주입. Gel matrix에서 size를 기반으로 separation되며, 결과는 한 구간에서 point detection됨.
Fractanation Collection
cIEF와 동일한 원리로 sample focusing 후, ammonium acetate를 사용하여 chemical mobilization 수행. Sample은 96-well plate에 collection됨.
